We are currently looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to our ever growing team.  This position requires an experienced individual with excellent people and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy, and the desire to provide a superior level of customer service.

  • New hire practices and procedures
  • I-9 compliance
  • Payroll Processing
  • Administer company policies and procedures
  • Provide internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, etc.
  • Respond timely to employee and manager questions/concerns
  • Advise managers, supervisors, and administrators in all HR practices
  • Handle employee relations issues alongside management including discipline, performance evaluation, termination, FMLA, worker’s comp and other areas as needed
  • Assist with day to day responsibilities that are essential to the business operations, as needed
  • Complete projects from start to finish, as required



Benefit Administration to include:

  • Ensure timely communications of benefits eligibility ensuring ACA compliance.
  • Administer benefit plans including enrollment of new hires, monitor life event changes and employment status changes which result in eligibility changes.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process including a final reconciliation of employee enrollments.


Human Resources Generalist / HR Generalist / HR

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • Minimum of 3 years Benefits Administraton experieince
  • Payroll processing experience required
  • HRIS / Payroll system experience. Paylocityexperience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Required
  • Autonomous thinker
