    Nuclear Medicine Technologist

    Nuclear Medicine Technologist 

    • Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine examinations to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care to include: injection of radiopharmaceutical, protocol setup, patient positioning, processing and network image transfers
    • Performs Quality Control on camera's and hot lab instruments
    • Demonstrates knowledge of Radiation Safety practices and principals
    • Assists in emergency situations
    • Assist with the workflow of the department to ensure the completion of work assignments
    • Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and competency in clinical area of the practice
    • Demonstrate the ability to use all channels of communication to address inter- and intradepartmental concerns, solve problems, and address conflict


    Nuclear Medicine Technologist 


    Qualified candidates will have:

    • Nuclear Medicine experience is required
    • CNMT or ARRT (N) is required; * additional modality certifications are preferred*
    • State license, * if required
    • CPR certification is required
    • IV Skills required


    • Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program with at least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience


    Other Skills and Abilities

    • Familiarity with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Organization and record keeping skills
